T bowl Concept Restaurant at Kuala Lumpur Sungei Wang Malaysia

The T-Bowl (Toilet Bowl) Restaurant was established on 18th Feb 2008 at 3rd floor of QueensBay Mall. The restaurant was originated by the founder, Samuel while he was sitting on a toilet bowl one day. All of a sudden he has an idea of eating while sitting in the toilet bowl just as in the movie directed by Anthony Wong a few years ago. Furthermore, he would like to open a special concept restaurant in Penang, hence inspired him to fuse this concept into the food and beverage industries. This restaurant has designed base on the bathroom concept; where the toilet bowl used as seat, basin as dining table, mini toilet bowls as food bowl. Beside that, this restaurant has 3 cute and meaningful main theme characters call the Tbros (Toilet Brothers) such as the toilet bowl, stool and shower. There are varieties of food here range from Japan, Korean, Western, Hong Kong till oriental style. The restaurant directors plan to franchise their business to Kuala Lumpur and other states in Malaysia in the near future.

Malacca Nonya Food

Malacca's rich Peranakan culture has given birthed to a variety of delicious food that is spicy and sweet, referred to as 'Nyonya' food. The Nyonya style of cooking is the result of a fusion between Chinese and Malay ingredients and recipes, the result of Chinese traders in the past settling in Malacca and adopting the Malay way of living.

Malaccan Nyonya food is also distinct from Penang Nyonya food, where it can also be found. Favouring more spices and coconut milk, the result is a sweeter blend of cooking with a fiery tinge. In comparison, Penang Nyonya food favours a more practical style of cooking, employing simpler ingredients with a helping of 'Belacan' (Black prawn paste). Malaccan dishes are definitely cooked up with more time in the kitchen, the women taking great pride in their wok.

On the other hand, there's also plenty of Malay, Chinese and Indian dishes to savour. Not surprisingly, many tourists flock around the streets of Malacca to feast on the culinary delights that it has to offer. Eating is never a problem as there are plenty of restaurants and stalls to choose from just by driving through town. Some of Malacca's signature dishes can be seen below

Pulau Ubin SIngapore

Pulau Ubin, also called Ubin Island, is a small island (10.19 km²) situated in the north east of Singapore, to the west of Pulau Tekong. Granite quarrying supported a few thousand settlers on Pulau Ubin in the 1960s, but only about a hundred villagers live there today. It is one of the last rural areas to be found in Singapore, with an abundance of natural flora and fauna.

Legend has it that Pulau Ubin was formed when three animals from Singapore (a frog, a pig and an elephant) challenged each other to a race to reach the shores of Johor. The animals that failed would turn to stone. All three came across many difficulties and were unable to reach the shores of Johor. Therefore, the elephant and pig together turned into Pulau Ubin whilst the frog became Pulau Sekudu or Frog Island.

The name Pulau Ubin literally means "Granite Island" in Malay, which explains the many abandoned granite quarries there. Pulau means "island", and Ubin is said to be a Javanese term for "squared stone". To the Malays, the island is also known as Pulau Batu Ubin, or "Granite Stone Island". The rocks on the island were used to make floor tiles in the past and were called Jubin, which was then shortened to Ubin.

The island is known as tsioh sua in the Taiwanese Romanization of Hokkien, which means "stone hill".

Flower Dome and Cloud Forest at Garden by the Bay Singapore

Thanks to my company, I was invited on a guided tour to visit the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and Supertree Grove, three of the gardens that form Gardens by the Bay.

After leaving the Flower Dome, we crossed over to the nearby Cloud Forest dome. Like the Flower Dome, temperature is kept at a cool and comfortable to emulate high altitude conditions. The difference is that the atmosphere is kept moist here instead of dry like in the Flower Dome.

Nonetheless, the cool-moist environment is still very cosy for Singaporeans to escape from the relentless heat in tropical Singapore.

Comprising a 35-metre tall mountain complete with the tallest indoor waterfall covered in lush vegetation, the Cloud Forest portrays plant life from about 2,000-metres above sea level at the top of the mountain to around 1,000-metres at the bottom of the ravine.

Upon stepping into the Cloud Forest dome, you will be immediately awestricken by the magnificent sight and sound of the large waterfall. Even my son Asher perked up and could not take his eyes off the waterfall once we entered
The best way to experience the Cloud Forest is to take the lift up to the top floor and descend slowly through the two walkways. Alternatively, you can also walk up and take the lift down, but that will be much more tiring

UK Farm at Kluang Malaysia

The place is easily accessible and distance to UK farm is less than 20 mins from Kluang Toll.

UK Farm is one of the best choices if you are planning to escape from the hectic urban lifestyle and enjoy various recreational activities not available in the city.

The farm is not really huge, approximately can finished exploring the farm within 3 - 4 hours, I personally opined it is more suitable for one day trip. However, if you never experience farm life I would suggest you to stay overnight as they provide accommodation such as challet & dormitory which are unique and comfortable.

There are several sections in the farm. I like the goat and sheep farm because they are so cute! You can hug and take photo with the sheep. They are soft and warm~

However, the restaurants and the food menu in the farm are very limited. So, you may headache what to eat especially during peak season.

As a conclusion, it is a nice tourist attraction in Johor and also a good place for parents to educate kids about farm life.

The Singapore Universal Studios

Universal Studios Inc. (also known as Universal Pictures), is an American motion picture studio, owned by Comcast through its wholly owned subsidiary NBCUniversal, and is one of the six major movie studios. Its production studios are at 100 Universal City Plaza Drive in Universal City, California. Distribution and other corporate offices are in New York City.

Founded in 1912 by Carl Laemmle, Mark Dintenfass, Charles Baumann, Adam Kessel, Pat Powers, William Swanson, David Horsley, and Jules Brulatour, it is the oldest movie studio in the United States of America. It is also the fourth oldest in the world that is still in continuous production; the first being Gaumont Pictures, the second oldest is Pathé, the third is Nordisk Film, and the fifth oldest is Paramount Pictures.[2] On May 11, 2004, the controlling stake in the company was sold by Vivendi Universal to General Electric, parent of NBC.[3] The resulting media super-conglomerate was renamed NBC Universal, while Universal Studios Inc. remained the name of the production subsidiary. In addition to owning a sizable film library spanning the earliest decades of cinema to more contemporary works, it also owns a sizable collection of TV shows through its subsidiary NBCUniversal Television Distribution. It also acquired rights to several prominent filmmakers' works originally released by other studios through its subsidiaries over the years.

Four of Universal Studios' films—Jaws (1975), E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial (1982), Jurassic Park (1993), and Despicable Me 2 (2013)—achieved box office records, each becoming the highest-grossing film made at the time, with the exception of Despicable Me 2, which broke the record for the studio's most profitable film
