Maya Bay

The world famous Maya Bay, location of the film “The Beach” starring Leonardo Dicaprio, located in Phi Phi Ley, with white sandy beach, surrounded by gigantic limestone cliffs and coral reefs

Best to go in the afternoon as this place gets very busy with people and boats but it is a very beautiful place to walk around, swim and explore

Phi Phi Pier

All the development is restricted to Phi Phi Don, the centre of which is Ao Ton Sai (Ton Sai bay), which is where the ferry pier is located. Only a couple of hundred yards on the other side of the narrow isthmus is Ao Loh Da Lam (Loh Da Lam bay), a beautiful and peaceful bay. For a really quiet beach there is Hat Yao (Long beach), a south-facing beach near the southern tip of the island.

Phi Phi Island

The Phi Phi Islands (Thai: หมู่เกาะพีพี, Thai pronunciation: are located in Thailand, between the large island of Phuket and the western Strait of Malacca coast of the mainland. The islands are administratively part of Krabi province. Ko Phi Phi Don ("ko" (Thai: เกาะ) meaning "island" in the Thai language) is the largest island of the group, and is the most populated island of the group. although the beaches of the second largest island, Ko Phi Phi Lee (or "Ko Phi Phi Leh"), are visited by many people as well. The rest of the islands in the group, including Bida Nok, Bida Noi, and Bamboo Island (Ko Mai Phai), are not much more than large limestone rocks jutting out of the sea.

Rassada Pier Phuket

Rassada Pier will put a smile on your face because arriving at Rassada Pier means you are a short boat ride away from the island paradise known as Phi Phi Island. Rassada Pier is the hub for getting to and from Phi Phi Island by ferry, water taxis, chartered boats or hotel boats.

Visitors who have been to Phi Phi Island before often smile immediately upon arriving at Rassada Pier because they know that within a few minutes they will be enjoying a cocktail as they sit on the stunning beaches of Phi Phi Island as the local staff wait on them with exceptional service.

You will go to and from Rassada Pier throughout your holiday if you plan to engage in any activities on the mainland. The ferry schedule is easy to follow and generally runs on time. Even if the ferry is a few minutes late, people do not seem to mind

Hard Rock Cafe Phuket

Hard Rock Cafe Phuket is located on the main retail strip of Patong, which offers access to all other beaches on Phuket Island. The cafe is ideally situated near luxury hotels and great shopping, offering a convenient destination for both local fans and travelers.

Destined to become one of the area’s premier dining and entertainment destinations, Hard Rock Cafe Phuket is situated in a 1330-square-meter cafe and retail outlet with two levels, including a 300-seat restaurant and bar area, patio seating and Hard Rock’s signature retail Rock Shop. The state-of-the-art facility is adorned with pieces from Hard Rock’s world-famous memorabilia collection, including items representing both contemporary stars like Collective Soul, Madonna and Jewel to rock legends like Elvis Presley, KISS and Guns ‘N’ Roses.

Simon Cabaret Lady Boys Show Phuket

Walking into the Simon Cabaret show theatre in Patong is just like entering a movie house. There's the same Kenny G saxophone music, the same plush seats and the same dimmed lights. It's only when a basso profundo voice announces the show and the curtain rises on live performers glistening with sequins and shimmering with feathers that things are different.

Yes, this is real live showtime and the flash and flesh are pure Vegas except for one thing – the 'girls' on stage are actually men. Since 1991 Simon Cabaret has been entertaining visitors with its mélange of camp, glitter and cornball and it still is one of the island's biggest draws.

The Place Restaurant Patong Phuket

We just wanted a chilled out atmosphere where we were away from people trying to sell us things at dinner this was in a great location as it was upstairs and across from the beach we ordered a variety of food all was great and they even made there own fries! Highly recommend

Kalim Beach Phuket

Kalim Beach is one of the better surfing beaches in Phuket, located just to the north of Patong on the west coast.

The beach or bay is really just a continuation of Patong Beach and the only thing separating the two beaches is a small rocky headland.

At high tide the water around Kalim Bay has excellent coral reefs making it a great spot to go snorkeling or diving.

At low tide, the coral reefs on the Northern end of Kalim are close enough to the shore to go exploring on foot.

Phuket Town

Phuket Town is the only real metropolitan area to be found on the island of Phuket. Phuket Town is of interest to visitors to Phuket, as it gives a snapshot in to every day Thai life, that is if the visitor is willing to look beyond the parts of this small city which have been developed solely for holidaymakers.
