Hoshino Coffee Suntec City Tower 4 Singapore

This Japanese coffee import specializes in hand-dripped coffee, which is lighter and cleaner in taste as compared to kopi and the espresso drinks that we are familiar with. A must try is the plump and fluffy souffle pancake served with fruits, ice cream, whipped cream and drizzled with maple syrup.
Had dinner at Hoshino coffee on a Saturday night. The place was quite full and there is always a queue at the entrance.
