Hock Lam Beef Noodles @ Upper Serangoon Road

Beef noodle basically has two versions, dry and soup. I used to love the dry version when I was in my teens but now I prefer the soup version. Hock Lam Beef Noodles which started selling the noodle on foot in Chinatown for years, opened its first stall at Hock Lam Street in 1911. It has a 100 years of history behind it
